### How the engagement is structured

Complex programmes rarely require just one discipline. Perfect Concept structures delivery around each engagement, combining senior programme and project leadership with appropriate specialist capability where required.

Owen Grant may lead an assignment directly. As the consultancy grows, appropriately experienced Perfect Concept project managers, programme managers or other delivery professionals may also lead engagements within an agreed governance and quality framework.

Owen may instead provide strategic oversight, governance or quality assurance where appropriate. His participation is not assumed on every engagement.

Complementary specialist capability can be incorporated where the engagement requires it, within an agreed programme governance and oversight structure. Scope, delivery responsibilities and accountability are defined for each assignment; specialist input does not imply direct employment by Perfect Concept.

An initial discussion establishes what is happening, what needs to change and where senior leadership could help.

The proposed scope then sets out responsibilities, outputs and the delivery structure. Progress and priorities are reviewed through the agreed governance.

Recommendations should be grounded in the client’s objectives and delivery evidence, with assumptions and trade-offs made explicit.

Specific contractual arrangements and any specialist resource requirements are agreed for each engagement.
